RHP12 Proposes Regional Plan Update for DY 9‐10

 Regional Healthcare Partnerships (RHPs) are required to submit their RHP Plan Update for demonstration years 9‐10 by November 27, 2019.

The RHP Plan update includes provider templates for each DSRIP performing provider and one anchor template. All of these files are loaded into the

anchor template via excel macros. The regional outcome tabs from the anchor template have been compiled and included below. RHP 12 will host a stakeholder webinar meeting on November 20th at 10:00AM. Stakeholders are invited to register here:

RHP Plan Update Registration

RHP Plan Update – Demonstration Years 9-10 

 

Texas has entered the remaining two years of the Medicaid 1115 Transformation Waiver’s Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) approved the final protocols in September, and all Regional Healthcare Partnerships (RHP) have begun updating their RHP Plans for Demonstration Years DY9 and 10 (October 1, 2019 – September 30, 2021).

All Stakeholders are invited to participate in RHP 12’s Stakeholder Webinar 

 

During this online event, we will share an overview of the proposed RHP 12 Plan Update for DY 9-10. Stakeholders will have the opportunity to provide feedback during the webinar. This feedback will be considered for plan changes before plan submission.

Performing Providers with a total valuation of one million dollars or more per DY are required to submit the costs and savings of at least one Category A Core Activity of choice and the forecasted or generated savings of the Core Activity.

 

The complete recommended tool should be submitted during October DY8 (October 2019)reporting to HHSC in the DSRIP Online Reporting System along with a completed Attachment A: Costs and Savings Narrative Template to fulfill Category A Costs and Savings reporting requirements.
